Quite often you will need a particular software before you can use software you have just downloaded.    These products will take care of any situation you are likely to encounter.

• Unzipper - When the files you have downloaded are in a zipped (compressed) format you will need software to unzip (extract) them.   This software is already included in later versions of Windows but if you don't have it then you can download a Free Version of Winzip but the product we particularly like is Ken Ward's Zipper which you can download here    For Mac/Linux Users we suggest using StuffIt Xpander
• Adobe Acrobat - PDF (Portable Document Format) files require a special Reader  before you can view and print them.    Most PCs will already have this installed but if you don't then you will need the Adobe Reader which you can download here
• WinRar - is required to open certain super compressed files, these will usually be graphics files, download here
• IrfanView  - a firm favorite of ours, a fast and compact image viewer/converter which opens most files including photoshop, download here
